What degree of risk is involved in the Forex Market?

Posted by Gary on 19 September 2008 @ 5:08PM under Forex Risk disclosure.

The Forex market contains a high degree of risk involved - WARNING Do not attempt to invest money you can not afford to lose. While online forex training can be very rewarding it is highly speculative - Meaning you can lose your shorts and the house. I would recommend using all the available resources on this site before making a decision as to when and if you would like to make your first forex trade.

The resources provided here are to be used as a guide in no way do we recommend that you follow any of the trades associated in these links and or any systems or signals provided there off.

The foreign exchange market is a zero sum game, which means that any gain that one trader makes is a loss for another trader. It also means that the average return for all traders is exactly 0%, even though there is high risk in this market. There are many experienced, well-capitalized professional traders (e.g., working for banks) who can devote their attention full time to trading in this market. An inexperienced retail trader will have a significant information disadvantage compared to these traders.

That being said ~

Good Luck - If you make the decision to trade
